We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. The Rugby100club will not sell or rent this information to any third party.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to confirm an order/reservation.

We may contact you via email, text or telephone in the future to tell you about events, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy, unless you have explicitly instructed us not to.

Web Hosting and Online Transactions

Our organizations' website is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform and we use Eventbrite.com, the world’s largest technology platform, as our trusted online event management and ticketing service, which is integrated into our website.

Eventbrite.com provides us with the secure online platform that allows us to process your payments securely for all the services we offer.

Your data may be stored through both the Squarespace.com and Eventbrite.com data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind encrypted firewalls. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Eventbrite.com and used by our organization adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your bookings, to troubleshoot problems with your bookings, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, telephone number); comments, feedback, event reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We do not store your payment details (including credit card information) as this is entered into the Eventbrite.com platform and encrypted from view.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, using Eventbrite.com, as part of the process we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and contact telephone number. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
